My soul is excited to be here! It is, as is your soul, a unique expression of the One and is here to make the world a better place and to have fun doing it.

I have spent much time in this life outdoors in nature and much of that time being physically active. Hiking, camping and fishing when I was a young girl. Later track and field and skiing in high school, then more hiking, camping, rock climbing and snowboarding in college. Yoga, surfing, kayaking, gardening are now my favorites.

I teach yoga for a living. What a blessing to not only help poeple feel better in their bodies, but to help them reconnect to their deepest self – to feel linked to the Divine within so they can express it without.
